Swipzee helps you make carousels, reels and a feed theme that matches your grid. By using it, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country) to use it.

The ideas, words, photos and audio you bring, and the carousels and reels you make with them, belong to you. You're free to publish and use them wherever you like. You grant us only the permission we need to run the service, to process your input, make a result, and show it back to you.

You're responsible for what you publish. Don't use Swipzee to create content that's illegal, that infringes someone else's rights, or that breaks Instagram's or another platform's own rules.

Swipzee runs on credits, which are included with a monthly plan and are used as you work: a round of hooks costs 4, writing the slides 8, a look 1, an AI design 15 (more for a picture on every slide) and a reel 25. Captions and downloads are free. Credits refresh each month and unused ones do not carry over. Because a credit delivers a digital result immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise or where we choose to make it right.

A plan renews every month using your saved payment method until you cancel, which you can do at any time. Cancelling stops the next payment; you keep what you have until the month you already paid for runs out.

Please don't abuse the service, don't use software to run it automatically or pull results in bulk, and don't try to get around the limits or to break or overload it. We may slow it down for, pause, or close accounts that do.

We work to keep Swipzee running and its output useful, but we provide it “as is”. AI-generated text can be wrong or off-tone, review anything before you publish it under your name. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent the law allows, Swipzee and its team aren't responsible for knock-on losses, things like lost income, lost time, or a missed opportunity, that come from using the service. Where we can't exclude responsibility, it's limited to whatever you paid us in the last twelve months.

You can stop using Swipzee and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken.

We may update these terms; we'll change the date above when we do. Continuing to use Swipzee after a change means you accept the new terms.
