Privacy

Swipzee helps you make carousels, reels and a feed theme that matches your grid. We collect as little as we can, we don't sell your data, and what you make is yours.

Before you have an account: an idea you type is kept in your own browser. It stays on your device and is not sent to us to keep.

With an account: we store your email address and the work you make (your carousels, reels, feed theme and hook library), so it follows you across devices. Logging in uses a one-time email code, we never store a password.

Photos, audio and screenshots: the photos and audio you add to a reel are stored so the video can be made and downloaded again. The screenshots you upload for your feed theme are deleted as soon as they have been read.

Usage analytics: we record events like “landing viewed” and “carousel exported”, with a random id for each visit and a rough idea of your country, to understand what works. We never keep the text you type as part of this.

To write your hooks, slides and captions, the idea and text you provide are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate a response, which is returned to you. When you ask the AI to plan a reel, the photos and words you added are shown to it for the same reason. This is the core function of the product. We do not use your content to train models.

If you buy credits, payment is handled for us by Stripe (internationally) and Dodo Payments (in India). Your full card details go to them, not to us; we receive only what we need to grant your purchase (the amount, the country, and the processor's reference).

A small number of other companies help us run the service: Supabase (database and logging in), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (AI generation), ScrapeCreators (looking up the recent public posts of an Instagram or TikTok account, only when you ask us to read one), Stripe and Dodo (payments), Resend (sending the emails that log you in), and analytics providers (Google Analytics and, where enabled, PostHog). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

We use the minimum needed to keep you logged in and to measure usage. We do not use advertising cookies or sell profiles for ad targeting.

An idea typed before you have an account lives only in your browser, and clearing your browser data removes it. If you have an account, you can delete it, which removes your email, carousels, reels, feed theme and hook library from our database. Some records we're legally required to keep (such as a record of a payment) are retained as the law requires.

Swipzee is not intended for anyone under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we don't knowingly collect their data.

If we change this policy we'll update the date above. Continuing to use Swipzee after a change means you accept the updated policy.
